Default Steering Wheel Shake from 60-85mph

Balanced Wheels
Replaced Lower Ball Joints

what else should I do to get rid of this shanking sensation in the steering wheel?

Adjust steering pretensioner. If that doesn't cure it, then replace the steering rack bushings. Both are pretty easy and inexpensive to do. Simply replacing the steering rack bushings helped my steering wheel shake by about 90%. Adjusting the pretensioner should eliminate 99% of the shake.

if you have after market rims, get a set of Hub fitters,(Hub centric) these will center your wheels to cause less vibration.

Check for bent rims.. thats what happened to my GS4.
