Basic economics should tell you that most CL members are in the higher age brackets. If you can't afford a Lex at age 17 (like some of the members apparantly can) then as you get older and start earning more $$$, you're more likely to be able to afford one.
I bet you would find that even within the club, the average age varies from one vehicle make to the other, based on vehicle price.

im almost 22, and i got it when i was 20.
I know a lot of young people that love the GS styling. I think if it was cheaper, then the average age of the GS owner would be less obviously.

49 (I've had a birthday since this was last asked).
But there are those here who are older.....................though not many. Bit is, of course, correct in that this board doesn't represent the normal demographic.
