Headlight Aim is High When Bubble is in the Center
Does anyone know why my headlight beams are high when the bubble is in the center where it is supposed to be? In order to get them at the correct height, the bubble is near the back end of the indicator.
Am I not adjusting it right or is there something wrong with it?

I needed to adjust my headlights when I bought new ones not too long ago. I have auto-leveling on mine as well. Just make sure that the car is on a level surface before you begin. I printed up actual directions from a website for aiming our headlights. No matter where the headlights are pointing make sure that the bubbles are in the center of their respective levels. Then bounce the car up and down 10 times pushing down on the hood/bumper. Then re-adjust. Please note, the directions indicated that the passenger side (right) headlight is ALWAYS supposed to be a little off to the right AND a little higher than the driver side. This is to avoid blinding on-coming traffic. I even contacted the dealer on this and they said that is how the cars come even from the factory. Since my headlight aiming I have re-set my ECU for other reasons and noticed the other day that my headlight aim IS perfect on BOTH sides; not sure if re-setting the ECU had anything to do with it. Hope this helps.
