GS 300 E-Shift and 2JZ-GTE Swap

I did a search and had no luck. Not sure if this has been discussed before but does the GS 300 E-shift work with a 2JZ-GTE swap? If so is there a noticed difference?

I have e-shift on my '97 aristo V300, so I think it should just be a matter of wiring it up.
