best website/place to get TTE lip?

just got in an accident, and my front bumper needs to be replaced(among other things). although the lip was not damaged, it is molded into my bumper, and i don't know if the shop is skilled enough to "unmold" it.

anyone know a good website i can tell the shop to get this lip at a great price?

Carson is great. If they are out, Sewell (lexus-parts.com) has it. They give CL members a discount.
