So who in your opinion is the best dealer in Texas for service? My 2003 GS300 has the infamous dash rattle and I want to know who should get my money to have this fixed. Since they will be removing the dash and all, I want to give my car to a proven dealership. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Park Place in Dallas.. either the Plano or Grapevine location.. I service my IS350 at Grapevine and they are top notch!! They have made the extra effort every time to make sure im 100% satisfied

Yup.... Homer is right! All services, including oil changes you will recieve a loaner! The service is top notch and I was amazed at how clean the service bays are when I took a tour!!! Best in Houston for sure!!!

If you don't mind a non-dealer, I would recommend Jason at JP Importz in Dallas. The owner used to be a Lexus tech and knows the GS (and all Lexus cars for that matter) like the back of his hand. Would highly recommend him.

There is also Davenport Motors in Plano and Dallas. All they work on is Lexus and it is basically like taking your car to a Lexus dealership but without the fancy seating and high prices. I have use them in the past with great results.

Yeah, I took mine in for the rattle. I was quoted $230, but as soon as the weather warmed up, it went away. I'll just deal with it until next fall when we get cooler again.

Lexus of Austin service department is great! Paul and Thad are the best service writers there.
