No the noise is coming from the steering wheel itself inside the car between the steering wheel and the steering column

If its the noise that sounds like an old spring mattress than I know what it is. I have been having the same problem for a while now. It's a loose bolt or a few loose bolts that are around the control arm I believe. I haven't actually seen it or remember exactly what the guy from Bell tire said. When I told him about the noise I just told him to tighten everything he could underthere and when he came back he mentioned how one of the bolts or something was worn out pretty bad and that it might loosen up again. The noise came back within a few days so I am sure thats whats causing it.
