Actually Sasha...that looks like it belongs to a GS300 (ALSO NO E-SHIFT that's why I say 300 not 400) because of the Cruise Control button on it.
As for the Horn and Airbag..or "the middle part" as you said you get that off of the original wheel that you already have.

the 1st gen GS had the cruise control too, i know you take it off your original but the orignial would never fit its a three spoke with one spoke at the bottom and two at the sides.. go look at your steering wheel there is no way it would fit, i think its the 1st gen GS

Ummm....anyone notice its a 4 spoke steering wheel and not a 3 spoke wheel? That basically rules out ALL 2nd Gen GS's....
I'm thinking it might be from a 98-00 LS, which has a 4 spoke steering wheel, but don't quote me on that one.

The RX does share its steering wheel with the GS, as well as the 99-present SC. Also, the '02 ES has the same three spoke wheel as the GS, RX, and SC430, BUT the RX has the bulges in the wood at the 10 and 2 o'clock positions. They are the same wheel, but have slightly different design elements for the GS, ES, SC, and RX. Seems kinda complicated. Let me see if I can't say this a little better.
For 99-00 the RX, GS, and SC had the exact same steering wheel (all leather, no wood option) -with the exception of the GS4 having e-shift.
For 01-02 the all of these vehicles still share the same three spoke wheel (this is a slightly different design of a 3-spoke wheel used in 99-00), but with a wood trim option and slighly differnt styles of wood - like the bulges in the wood of the RX (that sounds perverted  )
Anyway, the guy says the wheels is from either a 2000 RX, or ES. If it is in fact from a 2000 vehicle, it would have to be an ES. First off the RX didn't have that style wheel - it looks like an ES, LS, or LX wheel. In 2000, the LS and ES were the only two lexus vehicles with OEM wood/leather wheels. In my opinion it is an ES wheel. Beginning in 2000 the ES had a wood/leather steering wheel in the platinum edition.
Also, he says it is bird's eye maple. I don't think that is right either. Bird's eye maple is the lighter colored wood you see in the SC430. The wood pictured on his site is the burled california walnut.
As for you airbag, you would have to buy one to fit, and they are very expensive.
I really hope that helps clarify instead of confuse. I have been knee deep in lexus steering wheel info ever since I have been on the look for an '01 wood/leather wheel for my '00 RX.
