Default TTE lip hardware

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a used TTE lip from someone locally. I was wondering what hardware is included/needed to mount the lip? I want to make sure I'm getting everything before making the purchase.

Thanks

I would try to get it molded in if you can.. then you don't have to worry about screws, glue, etc.. Try calling Sewell or Carson.. They should have them.. GL..

IIRC, 5 screws and a can of silicon glue.

Mold the lip in, it looks much much cleaner!!! https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=265295 Those are the pix of mine.

As for the mounting hardware, just goto Home Depot or whatever your local hardware store is and buy some nuts and bolts.

Check out some of the build progress pix. All the molding work was done with the help of a friend. The bondo is holding up great. It's very strong and rigid, no cracks yet. I bought the paint at a paint shop for $180. The body shop painted the bumper for $100. I got the extra bumper and TTE lip in exchange for retrofitting someone's headlights

Yeah I have to be really really careful going down steep driveways because it will scrape. Normal inclines are no problem at all. Suspension is Tein Flex so it's pretty stiff. It keeps the car level when I hit bumps so the front doesn't dip down so much. The bumper to the ground has about 4" of clearance. I can go around the city with no problems. Even potholes aren't a problem. Only problem are the steep driveways.

If you purchase a new TTE lip from Sewell or Carson, does it come along with all the hardware (brackets, nuts, bolts)?

Thank you Pardo. And instructions also? Carson has pre-painted ones as well correct?
