Default steering/suspension problem

Good afternoon...

I noticed something in my suspension today, that concerns me. I was driving across a grass parking lot, slow, the terrain was a little hilly. As I was driving I noticed some play in the steering wheel( side to side motion) and also seemed somthing was loose or worn, since there was a small knock. Any idea on what that might be? I have already replaced the ball joints.

Thanks
