Where did you put Your Escort Passport 8500 on GS430?
I just had Sound Advice install my Escort Passport 8500 Radar Detector about 2" above the dash on the drivers side of the windshield. It looks good and they installed it direct wired to the fuse box using a straight wire coming out of the dash instead of coiled one going to the cigarette lighter. The Escort Passport 8500 is platinum in color and matches the gray dash of my GS430 nicely. Has anybody had any problems using this location?
