Default Anyone know if these wheels will fit?

http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/car/296295149.html

I know he said they didn't work for him on his GS 400, BUT I don't know if he meant that he didn't like them or they didn't fit. There are some miles on the new tires which makes me think they did fit, but he just didn't like them. Its too late to call him now so I'm just wondering if I should bother calling him tomorrow if anyone knows if they won't fit.

Thanks,
Jim

Might help if I told you I have an '02 GS 300 Sport Design...

It doesn't give the offset of the wheels...

Posting was flagged down so I wouldn't even sweat. If he did say they didn't fit on his GS400, well it probably didn't fit. Some miles on the new tires could mean he drove for 50 miles and there was lots of rubbing so it didn't fit also.

Ok now they're back up. It looks like the correct bolt pattern. Anyone think they're worth it and look good?

Not too bad for $500 but I don't think that set up will look that great on a 2GS. It would look decent on an IS300 and more suited for that car. I'm not sure if you're stock SD wheels are 16x7 or 16x8. I know on my 98' GS400, the stock wheels are 17x8. So for me, running aftermarket 18x7.5 in front will actually be narrower than the stock wheels and be even more sunken than the stock wheels. This is why he stated.... "They didn't work for me on my Lexus GS400." If only they were 18x8.5 and 18x9.5.
