I have seen them before, but cannot remember where. Search the wheel and tire classifieds, the last set that was sold i am pretty sure was on a silver GS.

From Frank's photoshoot I like the '07 GS430 wheels like Frank has more than the Opera's on a Silver GS, I think that are the rims that I will be aiming for. What I don't understand is that now my rubber is 245/45/17. SO if I get those 18's, I would put on 255/40/18. So the overall diamater of the wheel + tires is pretty much the same. Why would it look like a 4x4? The care does not become higher. What if I make it 255/35/18 ? That would make it look a little lower even

I looked at a set of those for my Millenium Silver GS (since sold) about 6 years ago. The 20's (pictured) look much better than the 18's - the 18's had a dull, reverse lip vs. the 20's with a polished, step lip. I don't think there was a 19" version available.

The problem is that since it's a full face design, you notice the silver color more than if it were simply silver spokes. The silver face does NOT match Millenium Silver (2000+ GS's). However, if you have a 98 GS4 (according to your screen name), it should match perfectly. It's very close to the silver color offered on '98-99 GS's.

edit: And to answer a couple of your questions above:

- Those "diamonds" are bolts. It's a multi-piece rim that's glued and bolted together. Sometimes you'll see one piece rims with fake bolts.

- The '07 18" rims will make your car look more like a 4x4. It's about visual perception - the tire profile is now smaller in comparison to the gap. That's just the way it goes, even if the wheel is the same diameter.

Okay, I felt generous and dug around on my old computer for pics. I had a couple pics of a GS with a Netz Sports kit (if my memory serves me) that made me want the 18" inch Opera's with the dull lip. You can tell the Aristo pictured is the '98-99 silver color. The pics were shot in Japan:
