Default Hey, so I need a little help fixing my seats....

So, in an effor to run some wires for my new stereo I am installing, I took my front passenger seat out. I accidentally took out the two nuts that hold my adjustmend rods in place. They still adjust fine, but they sunk back into the bracket and i cannot ge the nuts back on. When I try and move the seat forwarnd one of them comes through and the seats then moves forward crooked. I cannot for the life of me get the right side(passenger) screw to slide back through the bracket. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!

No, they need to be pressed through. Its not like they are just sitting in there. Ones side is just stuck and the other comes through.
