Excuse me, teach about the bad condition of the door lock. (From Japan)

Because a door lock on the driver's seat side was in bad condition, a door lock unit ASSY (An actuator unit is contained.) was replaced.
But, a symptom isn't improved.
Which part should I replace?
Is there a part to examine besides?
