if you have a light foot, i think u can actually get pretty decent mpg from a 2JZ-GTE VVT-I
something within the range of 2JZ-GE VVT-I
im guessing the 2GS vertex version of V300 gets similar to 17/23 range based on the older aristo V300 vertex

it all depends on ur driving style too
usually ppl that do engines swaps tend to drive a heck lot harder so its never accurate to judge based on what members said about what mpg they are getting
