get the 01 tails i think they look so clean with the factory spoiler...sometimes i think they look cleaner then my JP tails haha

 

Ok...so which are the high quality tails on Ebay (ones with thin clear section and more LED's)?

Also, are there any non LED red/clear tails for sale anywhere other than the Kazz or JP ones?

Do I need to change my inner tails (if I go with the red/clear LED ones from Ebay) or is it not necessary?

The tails with the larger clear turn signal are said to be higher quality as they are made from the manufacturers of the JP tails.

Not sure, I haven't seen any others though.

I don't think a DIY has been made for this project...yet.

Since you've upgraded your grill, I'd go with a newer tails to match the flow of the car along with the upcoming mods you've told me about. Plus, the newer tails give that solid red appearance which stands out even more on a Blk/Blk GS....

 

I would do the 01' tails. i have them on my black/black and I felt it was a big improvement. Definitely made the car look more updated. Come to the NELOC monthly meet - Tony's BBQ on the 29th and you can check it out.

I also cleared out the 98-00 tails originally but I didn't like it.

Got it. I'll start to look for '01+ tails now...Oh, and I will come to that meet. I just asked my GF to come and told her to invite some of her girlfriends. We'll she if she pulls through...LOL!
