I take it lizards being cold blooded and all are a cheap alternative to a cold air intake system? Either that or Geico is now placing spies in customer's engine bays to avoid fraudulant claims?

 

It turns out the lizzard must have climbed inside the air intake and gotten stuck. But instead of whithering away, his insides dried out and his body remained intact, so he appears to be preserved. I took him out for a close look and cleaned out the airbox. Just to have a mod no one else has, I put him back in the airbox, still intact. Not sure how much horsepower this mod adds though, I'll test it out and post my results for anyone interested. Here is the lizzard on the engine cover:

He doesn't have horsepower any more, it's lizzard power now (LP instead of HP)
