Smile looking for guidance on GS purchase

This is my first post and I'm looking for some practical/technical guidance. I'm considering purchasing a used GS (2nd generation). General maintenance is less of a concern as this would be a weekend only car and I would not put more than 5,000-8,000 miles per year.

Can you enlighten me as to what problems I should be concerned about? any model year that I should avoid? personal experiences with maintenance problems and reliability?

Your feedback is truly appreciated.

Thanks

I did a search on "common problems" and specified the 2nd Gen GS forum and a bunch of threads came up.

Once you do decide to go GS, be patient and find the one in the color combination and options you really want. It may take a while but that way you shouldn't have any regrets.
