Shift handle illumination
I wonder is the 2000 GS4 have the shift console illuminate. I mean, does is have a light to indicate the gear position?
My wife ES 2003 does it...

I've fondled with this question many many times until I took out my center console and found out the bulb was dead. So yes, they do light up to show you the gears. If yours do not light up, you'll need to get new bulbs. They are the Type-74 bulbs. You only need one.
