If you've got documentation from the dealer that you complained of this while your car was still under warranty, I strongly recommend calling Lexus @ 800-448-1505. IF (and I don't know the answer to that, but the TSB makes me think it will be covered) it is indeed a coverable item, the Lexus customer service rep let you know by giving you a claim / reference number for the work to be done and then the dealer can get stuffed.
My dealer is lazy. I had to go this route on a separate item this fall...
Good luck!

i bought my 98 during spring so it wasnt really raining, just got the government issued 3 month warranty. in that time i had it back for new brake pads and skim, and new batteries for the key fobs cause they were iffy, and then we had some solid rain about 3 weeks after i bought the car and i got condensation in the passenger headlight.
i ranted to them and they said no warranty covers that and so on, i complained id only had the car a few weeks etc, ended up getting the manager to say that they would try and fix it for free and gave me a loan car IS200 for a few days.
they took the light out and dismantled it and sealed it then put it back and left the car out in the cold and damp overnight, and next day it was condensed again. so again they stripped the light down and put loads of silicone sealant around it, and this time it sealed. That was during rain etc and it hasnt done it since. ill see how it goes next winter in a few months..!
