No....

This is meant for the people who want something a tad different.

I wish there was another spot for these, but to be honest like i said before there is a debate on SOLID VS HOLLOW and WELDED.

Not sure you would even feel much of a diff to ditch the 2 parts of the toms at all but for the people not wanting to spend 300-400 on toms this is a great addition.

Now for those who have toms and want to try something different, im sure tons of people would be willing to hop on the just their 2 bars that we will offer.

The reason for the products being made was mostly people saying, I don't want to buy a 6pc set.

Good luck with your decision.

I'm interested in this. But I would like to get some output on how the car actually feels with the bars installed.

in theory they are the same.

If you look at the machined parts on the SRT site they are open, the work on them is left open, hence the marks on the open areas. Ours without coating don't have those marks but we coated them anyways.

Now if he is using the same bar for the is3 on the GEN2 then im not sure if it will work. I think the gen2 gs bars are smaller.

his retail is 149, ours is 130, gb price should be around 99 shipped again.

If you look at the pics on the SRT site they are the same for the is300. But if you get under a gen2 GS the pad area is not the same at all. I would like to see the pics of them installed on a GEN2 GS.

Ours will work when they are done, we are about 2-3 weeks out on Shipping these..

Like i said though, the is3 and gen2gs are not the same bar, I should have tried to put the is3 bar on it yesterday but I could just see the area is different. So why not make a bar that is a direct fit based off the stock item we are improving?

As for the gas tank, when looking at the pictures I took of the subframe last night, I dont think there is any issue there.

You guys determin how many sets Carson ask's us for. As of our talks today Carson talked about 10 sets maybe, but with 10 it's not deep for a huge discount on them... Id say when posting I would put a scale of interest, 1-10
1 being small interest in getting them
10 being heck yes im getting a set.

10 for me. The GS suspension is waaay too soft. I'll get whatever I need to stiffen up the car. What kind of discounts are we talking about? Just to get to the $99 point to match the SRT piece or possibly lower if there are more people interested?

Honestly, people will buy these in the future, Carson can keep them in stock.

Why not we get a GB going, say we get 15 people to sign up and Carson buy another 15 to match. Thats 30 right there.
