Billet Rear member reinforcement bars **interest thread**
Hey guys, I wanted to see what you guys thought of the a possible GB on billet bars for the rear member on the 98-05 GS. The bars would be something like these below. Full billet, powder coated or even anodized. Just post up if you think you would be interested, and if there are enough people we can get started on production of the bars.

Luis, you may want to explain a little more what they are or show photos of where they would go. That would help alot of members who aren't that savy when it comes to this. just my .02¢.

Rear Rigid bars help stiffen your subframe, cut down on wheel hop, and help aid in spirited driving.
These bars attach at your subframe and replace your stock stamped metal bars. These are solid billet t6061 and will be coated. The area location is under your rear axles and is a 10-15 minute install and requires very little tools or knowledge of cars. The bars will also help with vehicle response when coming out of a turn and hitting the gas, the rear end will be there with you at this point.
Hope this helps.

Thanks David,
These bars are like the ones Toms makes for the IS. They go on the rear member on the GS parrallel to the doors. The factory peices are stamped steel, and tends to have a lot of give when under load.
I will try to get a pic of the stock peice, to show by comparison.

This is a DIY DREAM!!
So easy, all you need is jack, jack stands, ratchet and a socket or 2. and 15-20 minutes of your time.
Remember folks, be safe under your cars!
