just got these 2day...tried them on the car and its defective.
Not all the L.E.D's light up, when i bang the tail some L.E.D's turn on, lol
material used looks very cheap plastic,
When i press the brakes, nothing comes on..

Going to call the company i bought them from to see what they are going to do about it, after a delay with UPS shipping, now this???

I bought them off seller OPTIONRACING, don't recommend these at all

but all sellers carry the same item?
I would have bought the wise Tails, but i hate the large white look

Sorry to hear. This is why I was hesistant to buy any other brand besides Sonar. I hope you get it straightened out.

My question is to the people who bought this style LED tail lights:

any of u had similar problems? which e-bay seller u bought urs from?

this style LED tails are made by the same company? or a whole bunch of different companies make this style?

I was planning to mix this tail with the LED little 1's off e-bay, like some others had done,

I just don't like the big white turn signal on the sonars or i would have bought those long time ago...

you kinda have to reverse the inner signal with the outer signal for it to work.

they are made by different companies.

I have the sonar LED lights and they have been on my car for a little over 1 year. Still works great.

This is why I went with the Sonar tails. I knew the quality was very high and I am working on making the turn signal smaller.

here is the trick, weird but it works. When i installed my LED, when i brake one side doesnt light up brighter. Take your taillight out, take out the 2 adaptors for the light, reverse them and plug it in again. Guarantee to work!

Naw bro, i did that already, i tried every single way, but my brakes didnt even come on, where as on my stock tails, they lit right up..

and when i saw that not all the LED's lit up, i knew right there i got a defective unit, and specially when i tap the light, some more LED's light up, lol

Im going 2 call them right now see what they have to say.........

But most likely i have to pay the shipping back out of my pocket, which i shouldn't have to, i should either get a full refund, or a new unit plus get what i paid for the shipping the item again back to them...
but i dought thats whats gona happen..

is there a way 2 contact paypal if this guy plays games? i know i got 60 days

Those things are being mass produced now for ebay so expect that some will come defective. I hope you can get another set. Good luck.

*** update*** i just called these guys, they said they will send me a new unit ASAP 2day as soon as i ship this back to them, which im going to do in the next 20mins or so...

but i contacted UPS and they said to get their UPS account #, that way they pay for the shipping and not me, and these guys refused, they like we can't do that, bla bla, I TOLD THEM OFF GOOD,

Im very upset man, I duno, i might just say screw it and get the SONAR LED's,
they don't look as good, but hey atleast they last long time, i hate to get the new set, use it for a bit and bam again it burns...

duno what to do..... should i try the new pair? or said screw it??

Well at least they're willing to send you a replacement unit, so most you are losing out on is like $20 on shipping. Some guys wont even replace a defective unit, so be thankful. Well try out the new set and see how it is. Or you can ask them to make sure they send a working unit out to you. If that still doesnt work, then i say go for the Sonar better quality tails

3-4 leds wont light up, on my left side..he wont never reply i put a paypal dispute , he said that they would change it, i never took them off cuz honsetly i wasnt even sure if i am gona get them back or not..the good part they came with resistors so no dash light came on, but then i got sonars leds for the trunk, guess what my dash light came on...great..i might just add some resistors to them and try to play with it .
