Default How to remove the black epoxy on the TTE lip

Just wondering if anyone know the best way to remove the black epoxy that came with the TTE lip...my dad careless driving took some of the paint off the lip and i've decided to take it off and sell the lip...

do you guys think i need to repaint my bumper as well after getting that black stuff off?

I can't recommend a solution to remove the epoxy, but I would assume you will have to repaint the bumper area if your not going to re-apply the lip! I would reapply the lip and have it molded in and repainted?
