Hey Mike, I think the thermostat is bad

Get the TRD one if you have time and a backup driver for a few days while it arrives, Maybe one of the locals has one in his car you could buy and replace if his turbo GS400 is laid up

Be careful. You can ruin your engine if it is overheated.
Bad thermostat or the fan itself or relay could be the cause.

BTW, went to check coolant level of my car and was at the bottom low.

Thanks everyone.
It looks like the radiator cap (the plastic one) was not on properly, it looked like it was on from the front but was ajar in the rear. I opened and closed both and there are no cracks or leaks. My car has ran fine since I checked that last night.

And no mo dead fish smell!

Get a TRD cap anyways Glad everything is fine.
