This isn't really something I'd recommend for a DIY lol. I mean if you're at the level where you can change a timing belt then I can provide you with torque specs and such. However, I would not recommend it if you've never done changed a timing belt before.

Basic guide
-Remove all the plastic covers hiding the timing belt.
-Loosen crank pulley bolt. This one is gona be REALLY REALLY tough to do unless you have the service tool to hold the crank in place.
-Loosen tensioner. It's kinda hidden, you'll have to loosen it from under the car (two 12mm bolts).
-Remove crank pulley and remove the plastic covers behind the pulley.
-At this stage you should be able to pull the timing belt off and replace it with the new one.
-Once you reinstall the new belt, make sure you have the timing set correctly or else you will knock valves into your pistons. If you don't know how to do this then don't even attempt a DIY timing belt job. Take your car to a shop.
-Reinstall everything in reverse order.

I agree with Jeff, if you arent 100% confident this is not something you want to start your diy career on. If you really want to try it the absolute best thing you can do is get a factory service manual but that will probably run you a couple hundred.

Even though I'm mechanic savvy, I don't attempt to do timing belt due to a high possibility for error if not put back properly...

Toyota changes it for $300 ($360 by Lexus service). And you get the assurance and service record. And service record is worth $$$ when you sell your car.
