Does 2GS play any CD-RWs at all?
Just wondering if the player is just picky or does it not play any CD-RW at all?
my system is the stock lexus premium audio (by Pioneer)

mine didnt play the philips CD-RW i had
im gonna try some other brands then
what are some brands that worked for you?

make sure you "close the session" when burning and it should work.

my changer was SUPER picky when it was in. Only thing i could get to it to play was cd's that were burned using NERO at around 2x

My changer played cdr fine for about a month. Now its completely skipping even on original cd's.
Anyone have a spare cd changer laying around? PM ME!

memorex, sony lots and lots if cheap cdrw
. they all worked.
i usually burn with nero and windows media and i have never had any problems.
windows media usually closes burning session on its own after writing on disc is completed.

never had a problem listening to burned cds with the stock 6cd changer.. I burn at the max speed (48x) and use all sorts of cds. works fine

i have no problems getting my CD-Rs to play in the CD changer

are you talking about data (mp3) disks? those are a whole different story.

no i dont think he's burning mp3's and trying to listen to them with the cd changer.. that wont work for sure.
i think he just means cd rewriteables.. those, ive never tried because i never buy em. the price of regular cd-r's are so cheap that there is no need for the rw's
