with gas prices high and raising...ever think of selling/trading ur gs?

I dont think I could get myself to do it unless I started really commuting long distance, and then I would consider getting a second car and keeping the GS for the weekends.

As luck would have it, I may be working from home soon and when I do drive into the office, it will be a 5.2 mile round trip, but that shouldnt be too often as there isnt a need for it.

Default Can't Trade it

There's no way I'm trading my car in. When I first bought my GS 430, I decided to drive my altima to work. I got out of the driveway and turned right back around and drove my GS. I love that car. I'm in Atlanta also. 3.05 is no joke. But slower, less aggressive driving is prolonging my gas. I'm getting 330 a tank.

you guys are crying about 3.05? jeeze....around here, it's 3.55-3.65 a gallon already..it's not even summer yet. lets see if we can break 4.00 a gallon this summer haha.

yeah, i am DEAD SERIOUS! i can get better gas mileage IF i am on the freeway a lot or something like from SAN FRANCISCO to SACRAMENTO then yeah i get better gas mileage, but i am in the city all day everyday with only about 10-20 miles of freeway per day if i am lucky. please tell me what to do!!!!

go easy on the pedal when you start and try to time the light if you can. i know its hard in san francisco and you have all those hills.

hell nooooo. i wouldnt even down grade to anything less than 91 octane well unlesss i had a new motor sittin in the garage

that is why i bought a scooter for the summer. It's fun when all the sudden my friends each bought one. I still keeping my GS regardless

I'll buy a pair of hot Nike's or K-Swiss. In the mornings, I start work @ 8am so I figure I could leave my house @ around 6am to get to work on time...best fuel saver!!! LOL!!!

2ng gen gs design is one of a kind.
i agree.
i am never getting rid of my GS4.
and since i have to use my car for work now, i am getting reimbursed for all my mileage... not a bad gig. i am currentlly averaging 21mpg city&highway.
