Default Stereo Gurus: What's the Best Route to Run an Amp Power Wire?

I have an amp and a sub that I will place in the trunk of my GS. Before I wire it up, I just want to see where you guys/girls are running the power wire from the battery to the trunk.

Thanks

Through the trunk into the bottom door panels through the firewall is a good route.

yes! i am in the process of moving the battery to the trunk to make room for some goodies under the hood. this is the exact route i will go to wire up my battery there fore there'll be a much shorter distance for my amp wires

Finding a good spot on the firewall can be a pain. Where on the firewall did you wire through?

i went through the driver's side. took the existing firewall, disconnected the wires i could. dremeled it larger, ran the wire through, and used heat resistant caulking to fill it up.

Just a larger whole in the main grommet on the left side. Should be able to squeeze it in.

Use an existing wire harness boot in the firewall, poke a hole on the same boot and slip the power wire through. Once inside the cabin, run the wire underneath the door sills towards the trunk.

I ran two 4-gauge power wires down the right side of mine, right through the grommet near the factory battery location. It was a tight squeeze to get the wires through the rubber grommet, then they immediately turn downwards behind the glove box and all the way down the passenger side.

I removed the rear seat to get the wires into the trunk and then ended-up removing the passenger seat to tape the wires down beneath the carpet. The RCAs run down along the center tunnel, in an effort to minimize noise.
Then I got crazy with the Dynamat Extreme...

In my ES I had my 0 guage running under the car, strapped to the fuel lines no less. In the GS, the 0 guage is under the carpet on the right side.

I ran all my wires through the center console. However, I ran the speaker wires under the carpet and side panels
