I haven't seen a DIY thread, but i can't see this project being that hard.
i know the pillars just pop right off. so i would say, just pop them off and wrap them in the fabric first.
i think taking out the headliner would be the hardest part, but once you figure that out, you then wrap the headliner, then reinstall it. finally finishing up with the reinstallation of the pillars.
pretty straight forward, right...?

Good luck, i hope it come out the way you want it.

PS - post pics ASAP, please

You won't find a DIY because I don't think anyone has made one...well not that i have seen. You may want to google it. Most of the pieces just pop off after you remove some screws.

I would keep away from Louis Vuitton. It is very played out in interiors IMO. Get something like Coach or some designers that is less known. It will look MUCH better and less tacky IMO.

If you go to the photo gallery section of this site there's a guy on there with LV interior. Maybe you can pm him...It's kinda toward the end so start on the last page and work your way back to the front.

Yea I personally think it's a bit flashy(and i'm a very flashy person...) but if thats what he wants he should get it...We all have different tastes.

Flashy is a guy with a 750hp twin turbo lexus sitting on staggered 12" rear hi polished wheels. Dropped to a zero gap with a full kit and toms bracing etc. That could be considered flashy.

Louis Vuiton and Gucci interiors are tasteless. But like you said we all have our own opinion.
