HELP! Radio not working after VAIS install...?
Hey guys,
All hell broke loose ... (2002 GS430 Nav/Mark Lev) ...
Wrapping up my installation of the VaisTech SLI adapter. Everything seemed to work fine (CD changer / iPod / Tape) until I noticed the AM/FM (and other "radio" buttons) not working.
Hitting the AM or FM button (or using the mode button from the steering wheel) turns the stereo to radio mode BUT none of the radio functions actually work. No sound. Nothing. In fact, the interface seems to be choked up as well.
Any thoughts?
Is there a theft deterent sequence I need to perform in order to unlock the radio?
What else could be going on?
I've un-installed the VaisTech SLI adapter and reinstalled the radio as normal. STILL no radio functions at all.

Radio's working.
Loose connector was the issue. By the way, this connector took an insane amount of force to get plugged correctly.
Now my issue is:
-the steering wheel mode button does NOT cycle to the iPod. It does change the modes from AM -> FM -> FM1 -> FM2 -> CD -|
-cannot figure out how to get the navigation warning off
Any ideas?
