Transmission oil , someone answer
At what miliage did you guys change your transmission oil, and how much does lexus charge ?

I did mine at
40k Lexus Transmission Fluid Flush $167.00
Lexus TTech machine slowly sucks out all the old fluid and replaces with fresh.
Benefits:
1. Totally felt the difference, smoother shifts, car felt quicker, no jerkiness in the mornings after start up.
2. They used Toyota Type IV Fluid. Don't go to Jiffy Lube. The cost is $99 but they use Dextron 3 fluid, not meant to be used on the GS.
You can have the same Flush done at the Toyota Dealership (same machine and fluid Type IV) for about $148.00
