Nice video Mark.. Sound a like Jet getting ready to take off.. Next up should be some custom paint work in the engine.. Maybe just the pipe from the TB to the supercharger.. All in all that GS is a beast.. Congrats...

Supercharged dyno runs are a ton of fun.

I see one very critical thing with that installation that needs to be corrected right away. The head unit needs to be rotated about 90* clockwise so the internal oil pressure and scavange pump will work correctly or the supercharger will fail.

The snail can be reclocked to line up the piping to realign the discharge port once the head unit is properly repositioned. There is a flat bottom on the supercharger and that must be installed within 15* of being level or you should expect a supercharger failure.

Another thing is that a bypass valve should be fitted to control or eliminate that compressor surging problem to prevent damage to the throttle valve and impeller.

If you want any other help or want any info on the Rotrex please contact me.

Hey thanks for the info Gadget! Do you have a HKS Rotrex Supercharger on yours or are you a guru? I would really appreciate any input you have on the system.

Not really it has been so long since I have had the car. Did you see the one that I did pre-supercharger? We will probably shoot a lot during our HIN Charlotte trip next month. I will try to get some cool rolling videos and of course some show stuff. Oh I have some video that I shot of Adrian's car at HIN Tampa if anyone is interested in seeing that?

No, not the HKS Rotrex. I have a company, that makes supercharger kits using the Rotrex supercharger. Not trying to elbow in, but I saw something that is not right and wanted to see you correct it before you have to replace the unit which can be a tad expensive.

If you have any questions reference the Rotrex superchargers, I will be happy to help you out.
