help me out with some pics guys. its not that im not a fan of this blue onyx pearl color, i just never considered owning a car this color myself... my gs is white i love the dwp, and its basically GONE as of next friday, i was looking at a few other white & silver 430s now but nothings been popping up 03-05 with good mileage and condition....other then this new color im not used to, i found this 430 and it is basically PERFECT for what im lookin for. years right, mileage is right, body is mint, interior is mint..location isnt a problem... if any Blue Onyx Pearl owners have any work done; lowered, wheels (seeing some DARK wheels on it would be great too if you got), tinted, tte front lip, etc. and could throw some pics in this thread i would really appreciate it, it would help me decide what i want to do. also, for you guys that do own one, is it as much of a pain in the *** as black is to keep clean and are swirly marks and all that thats such a problem with black, just as bad with this color? thanks in advance for your time...

I have an '01 GS430 in Blue Oynx Pearl with Black interior. It is a very rare color and it is easily mistaken for black by casual observers. Maintenance is just like caring for a black car. I'll try to attach a few pics if I can figure it out....the attachment dialogue keeps timing out.

I think after the sport design flint mica, or whatever they call it on the GS... that is the second best color. Very rare indeed, and wasnt offered in a lot of years.

I like that color. it's like mine in the way that 90% of people thinks it's black.

VVT-I (one of our moderators) had the color on his second gen GS (and also on the third gen GS he replaced it with).









I think it's a very cool color. It actually looks black to me over 50% of the time, only when the sun catches it right can you see it's a very dark blue.

Yes VVTi-s car was sweet, both his 2GS and 3GS were loaded with grey leather...
The girl I'm dating, her Celica is this color as well, it looks black.
