Angry lexus shifter *****

the shifter **** in my car has worn from normal use. I asked the dealer how much for a new one, "thinking it be around $150.00" the dealer here in annapolis Md. said it's $428.00!!!! at that price it should be more durable. Has anyone else had the same problem?

have you checked with Steve @ carson toyota yet??? he can beat almost any price if he isn't already lower than everyone else on any lexus/toyota/trd part

I think I saw somewhere around $125 for a shifter ****, but I don't know if it was real wood or if it was oem or what

his name on here is SUPRATRD....his contacts are somewhere over here, I will try to find them

How about a blue glow shift ****? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...item=598820284

It is a lot cheaper.

Or you can get some quality shift **** made by MoMo and it is still cheaper than $400 stock one.

I have a Momo wood shifter on now, a lot cheaper than a Lexus one! And completely smooth in hand. Will post pictures soon.

I wasn't about to pay $2-3 bills for a 3" **** either. After complaining to Lexus, their leather specialist re-dyed the **** and brought it back to life for free. Don't even notice that it was once rubbed up.

If your car is under warranty, lexus SHOULD replace or fix it for free, its a fault on Lexus....it happens to almost every Lexus with that kind of ****!
