So here are some pics of the lid of the fuel pumps/tank. I used a relay to power the pumps. If you do this don't use the stock power lead to trigger the relay because it will cut out during idle because it runs at a lower voltage at idle.

Here are some pics of the FPR.

I'll get some new pix when I have a chance. Give me a few days, going to upgrade the fuel pump in my car so I'll have the hanger assembly pulled out.

So are most of you running a new -8 supply line, and using the stock hard fuel line as a return?

Would I still need to do this with an Aristo swap on a single turbo?

Ahh crap, forgot to take pictures when I did my fuel return upgrade. So pissed at myself lol. I'll try to remember on the next go around. I do these pretty often.

Yes

I used three -6 lines, two pumps each with -6 feeds to a dual input -8 top feed fuel rail, then -6 output from fuel rail to input on 1:1 FPR then -6 return back to tank. The two feeds each also have billet -6 inline filters and check valves.

True if one trys to use the power feed that is at the pump hanger it will fluctuate. But if you pull down the carpet in the trunk behind the driver side rear seatback there is the fuel pump ecu/contoller. You can remove that and use the power feed that was the main input to that to trigger a relay as it's full 12v coming directly from the fuse box in the engine bay. This ecu is where the 9v/12v switchover happens.

You can remove the ecu completely with no ill effects. Just jump the +/- in and +/- out together and leave the 2 engine ecu communication wires disconnected. If running one pump this bypass is sufficient for 25amps max on the stock wiring. If your need more power or multiple pumps then you can use this to trigger a relay.

I staged my fuel pumps. The two 340lph pumps both going at full 12V at idle was making the car idle like crap. Waay too much fuel pressure, and even with the Aeromotive regulator backed out all the way, the fuel pressure still couldn't go under 60psi. Now I have a triggered relay that kicks on the second fuel pump on once boost rises past 10psi.
