Eh, just check in your radiator cap every once in a while. If everything still looks normal then you're good to go. Keep in mind the coolant capacity of the whole system is like 8-10 liters or something like that on the GS300...more for the GS4's. So a cup would be like 2-5% or so of the total cooling system. I doubt thats enough to warrant a whole coolant flush.

why do it at lexus man??? its gona he half or 1/3 the price if u take it to a good shop,
just look up instructions on how to do it, and give it to them, or just do it urself,
the coolant itself is like 7-10$$ gotta mix 50/50 or 60/40 and your good 2 go,

I have seen rates between 50 to 120, most of it being labor.
I wouldn't panic about what you did. I remember an RX owner or two who did this and no issue, but generally those two in a more significant quantity will combine to form something like jello.
