huh.. i never thought of it that way, could you do me a favor and do two complete Full to Empty runs, with your trip odometer, and let me know exactly how many mpg you lose when driving with the sunroof tilted on the highway, as opposed to having it closed under the same driving conditions? ill paypal you enough money to buy you a full tank of 94 from one of your local gas stations if driving with it open proves to diminish your mpg by even 1 full mile out of a full tank. i dont care how you like to operate your own personal property or what your preferences are, but that "i care about gas mileage" comment is just really stretchin it, hahaa, even for me.

Hehe, well I guess it is a stretch, but if you are continuously driving on the highway, any changes aerodynamically will affect your mileage. That is why cars are put through a wind tunnel tests and such. To be honest, the wind noise bothers me more then anything.
I will try it out as long as I don't get annoyed. The problem is, there is too much statistical room for error. I could be way off of a mile due to traffic, a heavy foot, the amount of A/C I use (weather has been strange in California lately), and the amount of driving I do on the highway vs. the city, and even time of day I drive. My numbers really mean nothing unless the conditions and every variable can be controlled 100%.
Maybe we can get that show, Mythbusters to do it
BTW all of you who can get 94 @ the pump are spoiled :P hehe.
Be thankful you do not have to use CA's 91 aka crap gas.
