Plastic Oil Pan protector?

Does anyone know what that big black plastic piece is called that connects to the bottom of the bumper and the wheel wheels in the front? I believe it protects the oil pan from getting grime and other stuff from the road.

I think its called (engine splash guard).i had to buy this at the dealer and cost me around $130
