Hey guys question, i got my front driver side fixed.

So now i need to get the front passenger side fixed.

Do the rears also need to be fixed? Or no?

I do not believe that the back has ball joints, since the rear does not have the extensive suspension that the front has. If you are going to DIY, I also suggest replacing the outer tie rods which are connected to the ball joints. Since you are right there, you might as well, and the pair only costs like $100 after the CL discount on Sewell. Not replacing them when you're doing the ball joints is like not replacing the waterpump when doing the timing belt on these cars - it doesnt make sense since you are already there.

what kind of bad things happen if you don't change outer tie rods?

I dont believe anything like a ball joint failure can occur if the tie rods go bad, but as they wear, you will get more and more play in the steering. Repairing these two at the same time will pretty much guarantee tighter steering, provided you don't have anything else wrong with your steering components.
