yes, it looks ricer. it looks like every honda on the road who has a plug and play kit and it looks horrible. if you like it, hey, good for you. i'm just saying that you are going to be blinding people and it looks horrible.
DO you have HID headlamps? or just a halogen headlamp with a PnP kit?

again....
DO you have HID headlamps? or just a halogen headlamp with a PnP kit?
and yes, 8000k rebased HID bulbs are a ricer mod that honda owners love to have.
also, have fun driving in the rain when you can't see anything, i hope you know that the light from an 8k bulb washes out on wet asphalt.... trust me, i went the way you did before in my old ls400, and it wasn't fun in the rain. couldn't see captain! then i learned about retro's and how effective it is, and how not to **** people off with glare.
i'm sure it 'looks mint', but on my 2gs, i'm doing an rx330 projector retro. why? because it's the way to do things right. not just slap some hid kits in my car so i can look cool blinding oncoming traffic.

guys chill out, you both have your different opinions, leave it at that. I had the 6000k headlights in my retrofit and thought it was too blue so when with the 4300k and really like the output. If you like the 8000k thats all that matters

Seriously, it's a matter of taste. You don't have to put the poor fella just because he likes something you don't. People like different things, and there's nothing wrong with that, that's it.

I think those criticizing the original poster may have chosen their words poorly but it's not just a matter of live and let live.
8000K bulbs pose a danger to the driver since he won't be able to see beyond his bumper at night.
The improperly aimed headlamps pose a danger to oncoming traffic since the glare will blind drivers going the opposite way.
It's cool to allow differences of opinion but not when it endangers lives.

I like the color and how they're matched, but the glare is really bad. I hate when some guy thinks he has crazy output with his plug and play kit because it throws light everywhere. Then I pull up next to him with my LS430 retrofit to show him what's up. If you could aim the lights down it would probably help a lot. I won't knock on 8000k, because I use 6000k. Good color, and it still puts out a lot of light. 8000k is still better than halogen so it's not too bad.
