My Drunk Ass....

My Drunk ***....
As the title says...so last night I was out drinkin in my town, not even 5 blocks away from my house, before anyone asks why I drove when it was soo close is cuz it was raining when we left...Anyway...on the way home I mowed a curb. I don't even recall doing it. I normally don't get wasted like I did yesterday. Damn Jameson. I normally stick to beer and that's what I'm gunna do for now on. There is deisel curb rash on my front passenger wheel. I'm soo pissed at myself. It's about 1/2 in wide and takes up a good 25-30% of the wheel. I know it's not the end of the world and you can't see it from 15ft away but you definately can see it from 5-10. Worst part is that my rims are discountinued so I don't think I can get a replacement. Was gunna look into fixing it. How much is it to resurface/rechrome? Anyone have any experience?

I'm not your father but you should seriously need to know that you could have hurt yourself and others, even if its 5 blocks. I glad to hear its only your wheel messed up but think twice, shoot think 5 times next before you take that wheel. We have lost a member here before and a few other hurt themselves so please be careful man.

Hey there's a GB on Work varianza wheels! At least you're ok. But please next time, please call a cab and spend the 10 bucks to get you home safely.

Glad you made it home safe, a scared wheel is nothing as opposed to other less desirable outcomes. Cabs, friends or staying put might have better choices. Good luck getting it fixed or replacing it.

I feel you guys...I don't drive drunk and it's my own stupidity. Definately will not happen again. Not sure what I'm gunna do about the wheels. Don't think that I'm gunna buy new wheels since 3 are perfect and it's only cosmetic on the 4th. Guess I'll throw it on the back and possibly see about gettin it repaired. Lookin into buyin a house fairly soon so don't really want to waste money on another set of rims with a mortgage comin my way.
i'll post a pic up tomorrow so you can see for yourself

That's a shame Bea. Two of my rims got messed up when I had the accident and I'm not sure if it's still made. Post pics of the rim soon and maybe guys here will have an idea if it can be repairable.
