Default VSC off light?? HELP

so i was driving around my neighborhood and i stopped at a red light. both VSC lights came on (VSC off & VSC).. the light turned green and i let off the brake and stepped on the gas, and the car was just rolling. there was no response to my stepping on the gas. i pulled over and turned the car off, started it again put it in drive and got a little jerk from stepping on the gas, but then it stopped responding again. i turned the car off again for a few seconds, started it up and then finally it worked. i can only imagine if i was driving on the highway and this were to happen. any suggestions of what it could be before i take my car to the dealer? thanks.

FYI it's 90k service, you are over by 11,000 miles. go to auto zone and have them read your codes.
