Which GS's have JBL amplified systems?

Found this harness and it says it works with Lexus GS's with factory JBL amp and allows you to retain factory wiring with an aftermarket headunit. I just thought that we all had either pioneer, mark levinson, or nak so where does JBL come in?

I think my Aristo came with JBL from factory. But it was swapped out with Eclipse everything.
