It's not based on number of posts... All CL moderators are volunteers and are nominated based on a number of qualities including:
1) Helpful to other Club Lexus members
2) Mature and and respectful ; handles conflict well
3) Works within (or demonstrates knowledge of) our forum rules
4) Knowledgeable of subject area and active in forum they will moderate
5) Effective communicator

Being a moderator is a limited duration activity; we re-evaluate our moderator ranks every six months and 'retire' moderator duties often simply to get new blood in to invigorate the moderator team, for inactivity or conflict of interest, etc. etc. Sometimes people want to just go back to being a member too, no worries with that either. Others just keep on being active and moderating for a long time

Sorry for being late to the party, but both of these guys should have been inducted a LONG time ago!! Well deserved, both have made worthwhile contributions to the site consistently for YEARS! Especially SEIZE with the million pshops.
