I agree that's an awesome **** and the one I would have put on had I not wanted to avoid third degree burns in the Atlanta summer. But it will look GREAT.

FYI, I just ordered the 'tall' zebrano wood one to see which one I prefer between it and the short one I put on.

The Momo quality is EXCELLENT!

Zach, I ordered the chrome one (your 1st picture), if that's what you asked. I can tell you later how it looks if I ever get it. I'm in the market for a new digital camera so I should be able to post pics pretty soon.

Hey Bitkauna, do you know where to contact this stupid guys at iMotorgear? No response in 4 days, no phone numbers listed, and the status of my order in the website is blank. I bet you the darn **** is backordered (I told them to cancel the order if that was the case, and no response of any kind yet). I want to order it from autotoys.com (same price) if these guys don't have it.

Thanks guys.

imotorgear.com is certainly a lame web site but I did manage to get my first order (took a couple of weeks but I got it), and I've now ordered the second **** and got confirmation on that order and a promised ship date (tomorrow).

If you don't want to wait, suggest you just e-mail and cancel the order since you've heard nothing. If it does show up, send it back and dispute it with your credit card bank.

Thanks, Juan. My only question is that I don't know if the base of that **** will be too thick. I'm wondering if a more cylindrical model (like the competition) might look better than the spherical shapes.

thanks,
Zach

Hey Zach, all momo shifters I've seen have the same base buddy. Unfortunately it's "too big" for our car, since they make "one size fits all", and our chrome shaft is kind of skinny. If you install it low, it'd be unnoticeable though. Check out a black one installed on a GS on www.autotoys.com (there are instructions how to install it low); it looks pretty cool. The chrome one will look waaaay better.

Hey Bitkahuna, these guys finally replied with a shipping date: tomorrow, same as you! Let's see when it gets here.

Thanks for the pointer (under Tech Info). I like how they mounted it lower, although that's only a few milimeters lower I'd guess.

And I can't emphasize enough how TERRIFIC the quality is of these Momo shifters. Italian craftsmanship.
