No they don't. I think I know a car that does but don't remember which one. Or maybe I got slapped too hard I'm all dizzy.

Factory HIDs are self-leveling and you may notice some vertical movement. Nothing lateral, however.
Turn-anticipating/following lights have been demonstrated on a few show cars and the Tucker (LONG ago) had a center mounted headlight that tracked with the steering wheel angle. But nothing factory since then. I suppose the new version of the Infiniti Q45 could, in theory, do so.
But Lexus doesn't.
