The heated seat on my 98 GS are not functioning anymore. The dealer says the switch and elements are broken and want $2700 to fix. Any suggestion on this??

Thats outrageous! Since I live in Florida, I can live without it, but I'm sure you use them a good bit up where you live.
The dealer did check them both out and indicated one new switch and both heating elements. Its a cold winter where I live and they would be nice to have
