Oh that is where yours went. Jonny, I noticed the P/S pulley w/ a cog pulley was that on yours? Did you have it custom made? that is the sure answer to belt slippage. I know morris talked about one but never saw it.

Ron,
This belt design works great at low boost application 5-7 psi. When you are reaching the higher boost, heat is your enemy. It would shred the teeth off these belt. I always let the car cool down every 5 minutes per dyno session. Regardless, I really want to find out if the power continue to climb past 4500rpm. I've discuss these issues with Mr. Corkey Bell for the last couple months. Also something I learned after doing quite a few of the RMM s/c install. It's very important that you line up the main bracket perfectly straight, otherwise the belt would slowly run out of alignment and jump the track.
Rusty Grayson has the RMM kit on his car for a year now. The idle speed need some adjustment once in a while but he has zero problem with the kit. Belt was minimum and it pulled really strong all the way to redline.

I removed the back cover of the Vortech for chroming the other day. I'm really glad these two gears were mesh together. If you do a little research on the Powerdyne supercharger. The 2 inner gears connected by in a drive belt. It would reduce the noise quite a bit but these belts wouldn't hold up at high boost. Here is a picture of the Vortech unit.

I'm not at the shop at the moment but I would be happy to snap pics on a Powerdyne unit tomorrow.

Here are some more. Thank you Eric for the hook up on those caps

Yes, Those are the fuel rails

This is the most difficult intake manifold to chrome. We had to redo it a couple of times to get it right. Well worth the time and effort.

WOW that is incredible. Very nice work. I noticed when you first posted the pic of all the "hard parts" installed, the throttle body was very dirty, are you going to clean it before buttoning everything up? Other than that, I would almost never close the hood, or take it off completley and drive around lol. Good luck with the rest man.
